Order Confirmation

Thank you for your order and your payment. Your transaction has been completed and a receipt has been emailed to you via paypal.

Orders are normally fulfilled and transmitted within five working days (Monday to Friday). You will receive no further emails or confirmations unless we're unable to process your order within this time frame.

It will be assumed that the guidance is for you, unless you email to say otherwise. If you've ordered bottles they will be sent to the address on your paypal account, unless you let us know otherwise.

The guidance will be sent to the email address showing on the paypal order, unless you request a different address. If you don't receive guidance within five working days please check your junk or spam folder - especially if you have a gmail address.

If the guidance is not for you or you've ordered guidance for others as well as yourself

If the guidance isn't for you or you've ordered sessions for others in addition to yourself, please let me know the name, rough age and approximate location of the other person or people for whom it is intended. If you weren't able to do that during the ordering process please email that information together with an email address for the person or people concerned. Except for young children, I will only send guidance directly to the person concerned, as it is confidential. If you've ordered guidance with an essence bottle for somebody else please also provide their delivery address.

Multiple Guidance Sessions - all for you:)

If you've ordered multiple guidance sessions for yourself please wait at least 3 weeks after the first guidance before emailing to ask for the next one. This allows each essence blend to work fully. Please note that these discount packages must be used within 6 months of ordering.
