What Is a Personal Essence Attunement?

How Do Attunements Work?
Reading your attunement shows you what's going on below your conscious mind and sometimes even how that links to any physical issues you may have. This awareness begins the process of acceptance and release. As the essence blend or transmission takes effect, it clears entrenched thought patterns and stuck emotions, so the feelings or beliefs which need to change begin to shift. You can choose to receive your essences in a bottle as a standard attunement or as an energy transmission called a transmission attunement. Healing occurs and a clear purpose emerges when you allow
what's in your unconscious to come into awareness; essences
create a vibrational bridge which allows that to happen. Nature is constantly interacting with the wider galaxy, so essences which transmit vibrations from our ever-evolving natural world are the quickest way to update and expand your consciousness. 
It's best to wait at least 6-8 weeks before re-ordering a standard attunement and three months before re-ordering a de luxe attunement. Each attunement will help you shift your vibration at a deep cellular level. It's therefore wise to give yourself time to establish new awareness and response patterns. If you were to have another attunement within two or three months you'd probably see essences repeating - that's certainly been my experience. 
You only need to send the name, age and location
of the person for whom the attunement is intended. There's no need to give information about the issues involved - an attunement is guided by spirit where all is already known. It can be reassuring to see this when you receive your description.

Choosing this option means that you receive a full description of the essences on email explaining what they will help with. You will also receive your essences, blended and potentised especially for you, in a 15ml bottle. Essences are preserved in a very small amount of brandy and can be taken in water or under the tongue. If you need to avoid alcohol please choose a transmission attunement instead.

If you wish to have a more comprehensive reading, in addition to asking what essences you need right now, I'll ask:
- What is your soul theme right now? What is trying to surface from your unconscious? What karma is your soul trying to heal?
- Where is this showing up in your energy system? Which chakras need clearing and balancing?
- Do spirit wish to offer you support in any particular form? For example, there may be a particular angel, archangel or totem animal whose qualities would greatly benefit you at this time.
