Mailing List
As part of the registration process for my newsletter, I collect personal information. I use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked me to tell you about; to contact you if I need to obtain or provide additional information; to check my records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.
I use a third-party provider, Constant Contact, to deliver my newsletter. I gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help me monitor and improve the e-newsletter and deliver relevant and interesting content.
When you book a personal attunement I collect your name, email and postal address via the paypal booking form so that I have a record of where to send your reading and post your bottle (if that's part of your order). Your reading is stored on a password protected computer, as are details of what you've ordered and when. This is kept for as long as is legally necessary for accounting and UK tax purposes.
When you purchase a physical essence from me I use the name and email and postal address you provide to PayPal to send your product to you.
All personal (e.g. name, email address, postal address) and sensitive personal data (e.g. details of your current emotional state, health, relationships) shared with me by email, letter and in one-to-one consultations is stored and used in accordance with general data protection regulation (GDPR).
Third Party Providers
If you order an item directly from this website or the enewsletter using one of the payment buttons, your order is processed by Paypal which is compliant with general data protection regulation (GDPR). You can see their privacy policy here. I don’t have access to your credit/debit card details.
When you order Nikken products this is done through a website hosted by Nikken. Your card details are not processed by me but by Nikken. If you should need to give me your card details for an autoship order, these are subsequently shredded.
When you order Energize Your Life products such as pendulums or energy eggs this is done through their website and is subject to their privacy policy. Your card details are not processed by me but by Energize Your Life Ltd, also known as the LED Partnership Ltd.
When you order Neal's Yard products this is done through their website and is subject to their privacy policy. Your card details are not processed by me but by Neal's Yard.
