What are essences?
In common with homeopathic remedies; another branch of vibrational
medicine; flower and crystal essences contain no trace matter
of the original plant or crystal. We imprint
their energy into the water. Since you and
I consist mainly of water, this is an ideal medium to transmit
their healing energy to us.

How do they work?
Essences affect all chakras and work on all levels of our being:
emotional, spiritual, mental and physical. They rebalance
and repair our energy body, which is like a light field around
us. This contains the blueprint from which our physical body
is formed and explains why essences are so powerful; because they
treat the causal level of a problem, whether it's manifesting
as an emotional, physical, mental or spiritual challenge. They allow you to release blocks and they create an easier flow of energy. That's why flowers are called flow-ers - we just pronounce it wrongly! Nature is constantly interacting with the wider galaxy, so essences which transmit vibrations from our ever-changing and evolving natural world are the quickest way to update your understandings, recalibrate your energy field and expand your consciousness.

Working
with Karmic Essences
Many deeper acting essences are working on
family patterns and karmic themes and are powerful allies if you want
to get to the root of very persistent issues, especially if
you feel that they're linked to your childhood or are manifesting through your ancestral line - illnesses or behaviour
patterns which 'run in the family' (and at this point in the
Earth's evolution, some of them positively gallop!).

Which essences do you work with?
I use two types of essences, Bach flowers which balance states that we are
aware of, and other essences which release unconscious, cellular level patterns.
For those of you interested
in personal growth, I've created specific Spirit of Transformation blends which work at subsconcious and karmic
levels. These use essences other than the Bach flowers, drawn from all over the world. Blends include crystal, animal, bird, sea creatures, shell and butterfly essences. The four Spirit of Transformation ranges are:

Don’t get lost in the diagnosis,
