How I Can Help

Sessions are designed to support deep transformation, at an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level. You'll be actively listened to and deeply 'seen'. Together we'll clarify the most effective steps you need to take, the priorities to tackle and the direction that's most in alignment with your soul.

I have a lifetime of experience and many powerful tools available such as flower and crystal remedies, a deep understanding of energy dynamics and access to Gaia healing energy. If appropriate I may suggest additional activities, workshops or techniques that would move you forward. After each session you'll be emailed notes and information on what we've covered and anything that requires follow up. I've worked with clients on many ay issues including

• being able to give up an unfulfilling job that was draining energy and affecting physical wellbeing
• rekindling a creative spark and a source of joy to the point of being able to come off anti-depressants

The saying 'no problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it' reflects the way I coach

Together we'll look at what's troubling you or what your aspirations are, then gently uncover the state of mind or emotion that needs to change.

A new perspective In the same way that a physical symptom will change once you receive and act on its message, the way through a situation will become clear once you take off the glasses that show it to you through one set of beliefs, or emotional reactions, and put on a new pair, courtesy of your higher self.

At a crossroads? So often we think we have to decide between one direction or another or two specific options but once you get above the situation, a third way can emerge.

What areas can we cover? I've been coaching for almost twenty years and supported people transforming pretty much all areas of life because the common denomination to your life issues and aspirations is you - a human being who runs all sorts of beliefs, emotional patterning and ancestral imprinting - and that's what I work with.

Do I need a big goal? Nope. You may want to write a book, get on better with your family, change career, or simply feel more confident or more self-disciplined. It's all important.

I don't know what area to choose Whatever you decide to focus on will reflect the emotional and spiritual growth that's needed in all areas of your life, because it will be a microcosm of the macrocosm. And, as you release that belief or pattern it will have a knock-on effect - which makes this way of coaching very cost-effective:) Also, if you're unclear about what your issues may be, the initial history-taking will always show up the key patterns operating in your life.

I love to see the dramatic changes that can happen when essences support coaching, bringing so much insight and I'll put forward very practical suggestions and referrals too.

What next? If you're new to my work it's usually best to have up to a 15 minute conversation before booking an appointment so that we know that our expectations are in alignment and to give you an opportunity to ask any preliminary questions. There are limited slots available but if I cannot offer you a coaching slot for a while I will suggest other options to get you moving.

Session Times

Healing and essences can be sent any distance. Clients are worldwide including New Zealand, Australia and the USA.

Sessions are audio only, as I can most effectively tune into you without visual distractions.

The first session lasts an hour and a half as it includes taking a personal history. Follow up sessions last an hour and healing begins on the inner planes as soon as we connect. If you're sensitive you may notice it start before the call.

Sessions start any time after 9.30am and finish by 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. If weekdays aren't possible, there's sometimes flexibility on a Saturday. Please email to fix a time.

What's Included

• A coaching session includes a Bach remedy consultation worth £45 and further deeper essence guidance as needed.
• It includes a follow up email after each session summarising the main insights and learnings with pointers on next steps.
• Essences and remedies need to be ordered and paid for separately.

Personal Attunements - Essence Readings

Whilst coaching can be powerful stand alone sessions, they are particularly effective used alongside personal essence attunements. As part of my vibrational medicine training I'm able to attune for flower and crystal essences most appropriate for your growth and healing. This means that I ask for and receive spiritual guidance on the essence blend which would support you best at the moment on every level: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
