'The power that made the body heals the body' is the mantra of Dr Rose Michael, the inventor of Energy Enhancement (EE) systems which I've tried with such success - more results below. I'd echo that and add that the greater intelligence that we're part of is what produces what we call miracles, which many people experience with EE. To me a miracle is simply something we don't yet understand, a natural law in action that we haven't yet discovered.

I love investigating the way we interact with the universal intelligence that we see reflected in nature and its cycles. All cultures have a way of describing them, in the Chinese five element system for example, we're in autumn in this hemisphere which means we're in the Metal element. It's a time of decay and breaking down - just look at the trees - and it's a time to let go so that the past can enrich the soil in which we grow. Any resistance we have to releasing what no longer serve us will set up conflict that we may feel as emotion or, if we repress it, as physical pain. The more we hold on, the more it will hurt on every level.

What's the difference between a standard attunement and a de luxe attunement?

In the last issue I described my experience with the Energy Enhancement System (EE) developed by biophysicist Dr Sandra Rose Michael and distributed by Jason Shurka, with an undertaking to make them as affordable and as accessible as possible. 

I'd been following the rapid global spread of EE Centres since last year and in August I was one of the first in line to try out the Zenrji EE Centre (pronounced Zenergy) in the lovely rural setting of Clophill, about 50 miles north of Central London.

As I said in the last issue the immediate improvements after 14 hours, taken mainly in 4 hour sessions, were hugely improved energy levels, greater mental alertness and clarity of thought. Physically speaking a cyst went away and sinuses that have troubled me most of my life are now clear, meaning i sleep and breathe more deeply - and apparently I now sing better too:).

Now I wear it for much longer periods and put it under my pillow at night. This week I've received three bracelets which complement the effect of the medallion. In case this prompted a new level of detox, I've also had some detox baths using the scalar enhanced bath salts that I picked up at the Zenrji centre. I felt calmer and more relaxed within an hour of starting to wear a bracelet and, after the detox bath, I had a truly amazing night's sleep, waking up feeling deeply relaxed and really joyous.

Are you at loggerheads with someone? Are you tense or guarded because you're holding on to old emotional shock? Do you shallow breathe? Do you need to let go, mourn and forgive the past? Do you have issues with breathing?

Eucalyptus flowers have many fine filaments which mimic the cilia in our lungs. These sweep particles, germs and mucus in a wave-like motion to our upper airways to be expelled.

In the Chinese five element system we're now in the Metal element season of Autumn which is about allowing things to dissolve and drop away. It heralds a natural time of mourning and contraction but if it's too strong you can tip into an excess of the Water element. Our lungs are the main organ that interfaces with water outside our body, so when the Water element is excessive we get coughs, colds and phlegm.

Does life feel like a boxing ring? No sooner do you get off the floor than life knocks you back down.
