As we move into higher frequencies the time lapse between our thoughts and actions and their consequences is getting shorter.

I'm beyond lucky to collaborate with very heart-centred people and they've recently been telling me great stories of this kind of instant karma. As entrepreneurs there can be a temptation to be led by immediate financial gain but they're increasingly seeing that when they make a generous heart-centred offer, unexpected abundance comes their way. Earthing: Release Stress - Relax Your Nervous System

We're electric beings and we live on a planet that has its own electric grid that we're designed to synch with. Each time we disrupt this relationship we create problems for ourselves on every level, of function: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.

The past few decades have seen a toxic combination of us ceasing to ground into the earth because we've insulated our feet with non-conductive rubber soles, but also a proliferation of electrical networks that are not in harmony with the Earth's frequency - or that of our body. As a result of the disruption in frequency and our lack of grounding, many of us now struggle with regulating our body heat due to the build up of electrical charge in our body that's unable to ground. It affects our mood and energy levels, it overstimulates our nervous system, our adrenals, disrupts our digestive process, our sleep cycles, our menstrual cycles and inflames our joints.

The History & Practice of Scrying - May 15
