Are you an empath? If so, you'll know that being sensitive is both a gift and a curse. You can feel into the truth of situations and people, no matter what they look like on the surface. You don't need to be told we're all one because you experience that reality every day.

A traumatised nervous system will make this hypersensitivity even more marked. Most of us already inherit trauma through our ancestral line - then we accumulate more through current life experiences such as heartbreak, surgery, accidents, violence, separation, loss and betrayal.

Apart from limiting your internet use and exposure to radiation and crowds, there are other ways to strengthen your emotional filter.
