We often step away from our usual routines at this time of year which can leave space for feelings to surface that we usually suppress by staying busy. It can also bring us into contact with people we don't often see, whom we find triggering.

If you've read the past few newsletters, you'll know I've been trying out the Energy Enhancement System (EE) developed by biophysicist Dr Sandra Rose Michael and distributed through Jason Shurka's Unifyd Healing network..

EE monitors are placed in each corner of a room creating a coherent toroidal field which you can sit or lie in. This bathes your body in bio-photonic light and scalar energy so it can deeply relax and regenerate.

Update: I've now had another 2 x 4hr sessions at Zenrji EE centre. Afterwards a practitioner I often see said he could feel an increase in my core strength and overall resilience. Dr Michael says that EE decalcifies the pineal gland, so it makes sense. I believe the universe was confirming this as I was later led to a video by Veda Austin (featured below). In this she recounts drinking healing water twenty years after a serious car accident when she collided with a truck carrying green bottles that she rolled in. Three days afters starting to drink the water tiny pieces of green glass started coming out of her skin.
