Are you shedding the final layers? On February 16, according to Chinese astrology, the Year of the Wood Snake comes to an end. Its qualities include wise, creative, resilient and unexpected transformation.

This means that over the past 12 months we've been shown new perspectives and possible timelines which will bring up patterns of rigidity and resistance. These patterns, when you trace them back to source, always stem from the same emotion - fear.

It may be fear of abandonment or humiliation or failure or attracting unwanted attention or poverty or loss. Whatever it is, it will be operating in the background, influencing all your choices and decisions. Rooting this out, bringing it into your awareness so that you can accept it and heal it with compassion is the path of growth. In terms of chakras this healing usually takes place in the heart. When we can deliver the part of us which holds a particular fear into our open loving heart it can be dissolved and integrated so that we become wiser and more whole.

The most powerful flower essence to strengthen and resource our heart is the rose. From Anxious Hesitation to Confident Energised Action - Reader Offers

The Power of the Earth

Many traditions have always known the power of the Earth
