Do you feel hesitant about the future? Sometimes it's hard to discern your next step, especially if you have beliefs around 'changing my mind looks flaky' or 'I need to be reliable' or 'I'll wait and see how other people react first' or 'I need to be 100% sure before I act'.
When change arrives we need to be able to take risks without worrying whether it turns out to be a 'mistake' or how others might judge us. Trusting yourself to make the right choices for you and knowing you'll be able to react quickly when needed, really helps you keep a clear head, so you can be discerning.
The world will always be as full of opinions and advice as there are people, so strengthening your own intuitive knowing is time well spent. From Restriction to Liberation - Reader Offers |

Bach to Basics - From Doubt to Optimism |

Do you prepare for the worst and expect the best - or is it the other way round? Our expectations tend to be set when we're young and if our caregivers spent more time pointing out the times that we fell off our bike than celebrating the moments we mastered it, the lens through which we look at life might need adjusting as an adult.
Writer Sarah Dessen said: 'If you expect the worst, you'll never be disappointed' but an outlook like that is a way of defending ourselves against disappointment. If the focus is always on the negative, unconsciously we'll play a defensive game with life. Rather than going after what we want, we'll spend more time reacting to perceived problems or pondering how we can respond to challenges which may never happen.
If, on the other hand, you manage to be pro-active and start off full of enthusiasm but quickly feel downhearted because things don't seem to be progressing the way you imagined or as fast as you'd hoped, Gentian is also the remedy for you.
