Everywhere I turned for inspiration this month has been emphasising compassion - firstly for ourselves and secondly for all other sentient beings.

The more difficult life appears to be on the outside, the more important it is that we're kind and gentle to ourselves. The faster life seems to move the more often we need moments of stillness, power naps and nature breaks where we notice and appreciate beauty and the positive aspects of life.

What's the difference between a personal message and personal guidance?

When I attune for a personal message it can come from anywhere in the world .-sometimes things I've never heard of. Every so often musician Tom Kenyon downloads a message from the Hathors, accompanied by a soundtrack. When I first started listening to these downloads many years ago, I met three Hathor guides who have been joyful companions ever since. I guess, as they're from Venus music, beauty and pleasure are strong values of theirs - they certainly make me smile:)

Over the years the Hathors have provided Tom with information about the Earth's journey and predicted the Chaotic Nodes that we're now experiencing. Listening to their music using the intentions they suggest can take you into some very high-frequency states.
