Are you easily guilt-tripped? Do you often act out of duty or obligation, otherwise the judge in your head tells you that you're a bad person?  

Our internalised childhood voices can play havoc with our adult decisions if we don't face them with compassion and understanding. Many of us chose 'good girl' or 'good boy' behaviour which kept us safe and loved but the price tag is often suppressed anger which surfaces when we're asked to do 'approved of' or dutiful behaviours as an adult.
