'If ever there was a time to be excited yet at the same time be prepared - it's now'

These words from a message channelled by Blossom Goodchild seem to sum up where we are. The old order is on its way out so it's important that we focus on creating resources and daily practices that will keep our connection to spirit strong and our physical vehicle in its best possible condition to handle the turbulence of change and the high incoming frequencies.

This issue features a conversation between Pam Gregory and Gene Key authority Richard Rudd where they explain the changes that he predicts will take place in our DNA and ultimately in our reality over the next few years.

There's also a message from the Federation of Light, and a bold prediction from philosopher Charles Eisenstein. The more you see the common themes, the better prepared you'll be for what's to come.

With changes in the financial system forecast the essence under the spotlight this month is one that helps us release any old patterns of lack around money or material resources. Metatronic Life are also offering workshop on healing your wealth wounds. On the physical level there's an offer from Microbz probiotics to help your microbiome - and that of your children and grandchildren for only 99p! And Water for Health have introduced a new under the sink filter system that's 120 GBP less than the original. There's also up to 25% off Neal's Yard Organics essential oils, herbal remedies, teas, vitamins and supplements as well as their skincare.

Energetically speaking there's a free Qigong workshop to balance the mind-body connection and divination workshops to help you connect to the invisible realms, including a free event with a top medium.

There's also a chance to order scalar-enhanced jewellery.to optimise your wellbeing and protect you from radiation.

Many of us carry painful memories of lack in our cellular memory from our childhood, past lives or through ancestral imprinting. We've lived (and some of us still Iive) in a society where not having enough money, food, shelter, education, power or social status has meant the difference between life and death, health and disease, being able to keep a child or having to give it up, being able to marry the person we love or being able to escape the person or regime who is persecuting us. I've seen all these scenarios in family constellation workshops where you see ancestral stories play out whose messages we then inherit - they can be heartbreaking.

These memories and experiences can create intense, often unconscious, fear, which leads to attachment to physical things, because our future expectations are usually based on past experience. This is why some of us hoard or struggle to let go of 'stuff' and why we may put a lot of effort into accumulating wealth or influence.

The essence of the beautiful Agapanthus flower holds the opposite vibration to this pattern. It floods you with the knowing that money and possessions are simply energy and that the only limitations to us having what we need in any given moment lie within ourselves. In the same way that we're energy manifesting in temporary physical form, so are the things that we want to possess.

Agapanthus brings the courage and strength to know that the past doesn't need to repeat itself. We're moving into new frequencies where we can manifest more quickly, providing that we're open to receive.

I don't sell single essences but you can order Agapanthus on its own from Crystal Herbs, using the discount code below until Nov 29. It's also part of the Spirit of Transformation Financial Flow blend The offer code does not apply to blends.

Our physical bodies are in constant communication responding to our thoughts, feelings, food, drink and external conditions

In a society that offers so much toxicity including depressing news, poor quality air, disturbed sleep cycles and endless stress, one factor stands out as key - and that's the quality of our water. Our cells communicate through water, our brain function deteriorates rapidly when we're dehydrated and all our bodily functions - including waste disposal - work efficiently only when we're hydrated.

Even if we drink plenty of water this may not be absorbed by our body depending on its structure, purity and ph value.

Water for Health offers several solutions for clean, structured water including this new version of their Energy Plus under the sink system called the Energy Plus Lite that's 120 GBP less than the original.

As you can see from the chart above, it still filters out all the important contaminants and delivers mineral-rich structured water. Whereas the original product brings the ph to between 8.5 and 9, this water is neutral and has no added hydrogen.

'Water for Health always go the extra mile to assist. Kind and professional, always do their best for the customer. A pleasure to buy from.' Annette Hosling

'From side by side test, the filtered water now tastes great compared to straight tap water. Much more refreshing and takes the effort out of otherwise manually filtering it.' Alistair Webster

Wounds Around Wealth - Weds Dec 11

The saying goes “Money makes the world go around”, so to be clear of wounds or issues around wealth and finances are fundamental to living our life with a modicum of ease. Whether through lack of money, or indeed too much wealth, guilt and shame are not far behind.

Obsession with money or feeling a victim of our circumstances, of not having enough, brings with it feelings of conflict and sometimes guilt, all of which sap our life force and vitality. So, whatever your issue is, whatever your 'story' around wealth, to have the healing and support of the Divine bring balance and enoughness to it, is a great gift.

Scrying is the practice of looking into crystal balls, mirrors, water, fire, clouds, trees and other things to see visions, find messages, gain knowledge and see what the future might hold. Learn how to do it in this 2-part livestream workshop.

An age-old form of divination, scrying taps into our psychic senses and powers of intuition. It can be done to obtain guidance, for inspiration, to discover the answers to questions and to look at distant places or other realms. It can also be used for fortune-telling and prophecy.

In ancient Egypt, mirrors sacred to the Goddess Hathor were used to scry the true nature of things. Jade balls found in ancient Mayan burials are thought to have been used for divination. Nostradamus obtained his prophesies by staring into a bowl of water while in a trance. John Dee and his partner Edward Kelley used a crystal ball and obsidian mirror to consult angels.

The art of using such devices for fortune telling, guidance and other insights has never died out. Indeed, scrying is having a resurgence today.

In this two-part, online workshop, eclectic witch and author Lucya Starza will teach you how to scry. She'll show you ways to develop the art of scrying, as well as offering you a chance to try out various scrying techniques yourself.

You will:

• Enjoy an overview of scrying
• Learn about the history of the art
• Explore the properties of various devices and tools; Lucya will explain ordinary items that can be used for scrying
• Learn how to scry effectively
• Develop a regular practice
• Explore ways of interpreting psychic impressions
