Bach to Basics - From Overwhelm to a Calm Perspective

Are you driven from goal to goal? Do you ignore your own needs in your attempts to fulfil your responsibilities? Have you pushed yourself close to burnout?

This remedy is for those of us who are normally comfortable with taking responsibility and are clear in what we want to achieve. We're often someone whom people feel they can depend upon and are good providers, caring and conscientious parents or fair and approachable managers who take our roles seriously.
