In the world around us we're now being faced with the darkest parts of our collective shadow: conflict, cruelty, abuse, corruption, dishonesty & greed.

The quickest way to support us all in moving through this is to root out anything within ourselves that reflects and contributes to these energies.

What do you do battle with? An illness, your weight, mood swings or authority in the guise of particular people or organisations? Are you in conflict in your relationships or with yourself? Are the voices of your inner critic judgemental or unkind?

The more we can bring love, acceptance and compassion to bear on ourselves, our issues and our relationships, the more we act as an antidote to the darkness in the world around us.

Are you struggling to ground and relax? Is it hard to get clear in your mind? 

So much light is pouring onto the planet now that it's easy to become ungrounded. You may trip easily or spill or break things, bump into things or have minor accidents..
