We're moving into a time where it's vital to be led by our hearts. The more healed and whole they are, the more easily we'll navigate the turbulence to come. When the energy of our heart is aligned, flowing and coherent it guides us effortlessly to make the wisest choices for the highest good of all.

To this end i've created a video about rose essences below, because roses offer the most profound ways of healing our hearts.

Satish Kumar is an Indian pacifist, former monk, environmental activist, author, and educator. He left his homeland nearly 70 years ago, and he has been inspiring global change ever since.
