You are a being of light and the lightbody which exists around you is where the light of the universe is channeled into your physical body.

The more we can release our physical, emotional and mental blocks, the more easily light can flow through us, repairing our DNA, regenerating our physical body and helping us lead healthier, longer lives.

This is the message from physicist Dr David Clements in his latest interview with astrologist Pam Gregory. It gives us even more motivation to increase our self-awareness and grow through the challenges that we chose to learn from in this lifetime

From Burnout to Joyful Juiciness - Reader Offers
