The Emotion Code - Releasing trapped emotions from your body
As a result of childhood or social conditioning or both, many of us learn to hide our personal pain, sometimes even from ourselves. These suppressed feelings create blocks in our energy field which may manifest as physical problems.
How the Emotion Code Works
The author of the Emotion Code, Dr Bradley Nelson, is a chiropractor and kinesiologist. He has developed a system to release trapped emotion from the body which you can very easily learn yourself. Once you've mastered asking your body for yes/no responses, you simply ask if it has a trapped emotion and then move through the charts in the book to identify what that emotion is, where you're carrying it in your body, at what age the event occurred and who the emotion belongs to - some of us are keen to carry other people's karmic baggage!

Dr Brad has also identified a Heart Wall which the majority of us have - trapped emotions around our hearts. It took me a couple of hours to clear my heart wall over two days, as my body said it wasn't ready to release the last emotion until the second day. The next day when I awoke I experienced a very fast run through of all those emotions, which I assume was the final release through the conscious mind.
