As we experience more and more rapid change as a society and a planet, here's a question that's always rich to reflect upon. Where are you growing in your life and where are you resisting?
We're conventionally encouraged to think in terms of goals and outcomes but beyond that our spirit simply wants to evolve, to learn about life and love so that we can become more of what we truly are - a unique expression of the divine.
If we resist that process, we resist life. We start to feel tired in our body, jaded in our spirit and confused in our direction. But when we embrace innovation, change and the unfamiliar, we learn more about who we are and what we're capable of. Life becomes interesting as we move into the unknown - scary, exciting, challenging and breathtaking, it asks us to be present to the possibilities alive in every moment.
So hold your dreams lightly, be prepared to adjust your sails on the way and trust that life may have something planned for you that's even better than what's on your business plan or vision board.
What one action can you take today towards change?
This issue is full of suggestions to help you accept and enjoy moving forward. I hope they bring both pleasure and wisdom.

Struggling with finances? Finding it hard to love yourself? Pearl, with its connection to the moon and the tides, is the ultimate mother essence and our relationship with our mother and our ancestral maternal energy has a huge impact on our ability to receive love, support and nurture - including financial abundance. Pearl essence brings our emotions into balance, often relieving cravings that can be a substitute for love.
|
| From Co-Dependence & Addiction to Self Determination | |
Do you feel the pain of others as if it were your own? Do you worry about those you love? Is it hard to find emotional distance in relationships - and easy to lose your sense of self?
Love is at its healthiest when it comes with a healthy dose of faith. When we trust that the people we love or whom we feel responsible for, can grow through their challenges and that all is in divine order, even when it may not look like it. This is what enables us to support others about without burdening the with our own fears and concerns for their welfare and without losing touch with own needs, purpose and identity.
We've all experienced asking someone for assistance and then found we have to spend so much time and energy comforting and reassuring them that we're alright, that they become a drain rather than a support.
This is what happens when someone's so empathic that they may even feel other people's pain in their own body or nervous system. This pattern often comes with an inability to emotionally separate from family and partners to the point where we're living co-dependently and our happiness, moods and wellbeing is a reflection of how they're feeling. We may lie awake worrying whether their cough is sign of something more sinister, while ignoring our own problems.
Red Chestnut is the Bach remedy that returns you to yourself. It helps you pull back your energy so that you're centred and steady, clear where you end and others begin, understanding which are your feelings and which are theirs. It's an ideal essence to use if you need to cut energetic cords with a person, an addiction or a behaviour pattern.
It's the remedy of choice if you get sucked into relationships at work or in your personal life where the other person's problems dominate your thoughts or where you use a craving or an addiction to avoid your difficulties or soothe your emotional pain. Red Chestnut is the key when you're searching endlessly for the magic bullet marked 'happiness' or 'wellbeing' - unaware that this lies within you. As you take it and your focus is trained once more on your own actions and growth, you'll be able to follow your own guidance and develop your potential free of distraction. Order Red Chestnut

| Half Price Personal Essence Guidance | |
Unsure which Spirit of Transformation blend to choose? If you're choosing your own, there's a page of top tips to help you.
However, we all have times when our own guidance is hard to connect to, which is when the personal guidance service comes in handy.
This service not a personal attunement where a unique blend is made up for you - nor does it involve Bach Remedies which are better for helping us through temporary emotional upsets. When you order personal guidance you're giving me permission to tune into your energy field and ask Kuthumi which of the existing Spirit of Transformation blends is most indicated for you right now - these work at a deep cellular level on patterns that you may have carried through many lifetimes.
It may not be a blend you expect, because it often resonates with feelings buried below your current awareness, or issues in your ancestral line, but experience shows that it can shift deep blocks to get energy moving again. Order below.
Your paypal confirmation is the only one you'll receive when you order. Offer ends October 2.

Intergenerational & Collective Trauma
Mon 15 Oct 7-8.30pm, London W1 | |
The Pocket Project is bringing an inspiring and vital new understanding of the nature and the hidden effects of intergenerational and collective trauma in our cultures.
Through the marriage of timeless mystical wisdom, psychotherapeutic/somatic practice, and the latest neuroscience, the project is also birthing a powerful methodology that's enabling large group integration and healing processes.
We've been working with topics such as colonialism, the holocaust, sexual violence, feminine and masculine dynamics and spiritual abuse.
During the evening Nicholas will speak about the new understanding and practices that this project is developing, and why it's more important than ever that we include yet extend beyond the framework of individual therapy and development.

What Makes a Perfect Pendulum?
| |
As they looked into the effects of pendulums and other protective or dowsing devices they realised that a device may draw energy from one chakra to enhance the effects of another. So while a pendulum or other energy device strengthens your third eye for example, it may be slowly weakening another area.
This led them to create aura-shaped pendulums which not only tune in easily to your intuition but are pre-programmed to strengthen and enhance your intuition whenever you use it, so that eventually you'll no longer need it - and you can pass it to someone else - it makes a lovely gift.
Rainbow of Happiness Training This event is only for those who have already done the basic energy awareness training. There are currently two places left on Sept 29 & 30 in Alfriston, Sussex, so please book soon if it speaks to you. Read more & book training

Reunion of albatross
|
The albatross spends months at a time at sea, only returning to land when it's ready to start a family. Pairs mate for life and this touching video shows the delight when the long wait is over and they're reunited.
Albatross often arrives as a totem in your attunements when it's time to bring a cherished creative project to fruition - often later in life.
It brings the qualities of patience, stamina and faith that it will all work out and it shows you how to use the currents and flow of life's energies to help you co-create the outcome that you want.

| Supportive Cypress Oil - Beauty Sleep | |
Want to change but find it hard? Do you start new things then get paralysed by doubt? Are you unable to go forward because you keep looking back?
The Cypress tree is traditionally associated with major transitions such as physical death and spiritual rebirth. It can bolster us if feelings of guilt, regret or sorrow are keeping us stuck. Its woody, sweet scent has a deeply stabilising effect when you want to move forward but you begin to wobble.
Adding Cypress to your diffuser allows its sharp citrus tones to enliven your spirit helping you feel more optimistic and able to 'go with the flow'. It encourages you to trust in the process of change rather than take two steps forward and then stop to wonder if you've made the right decision. It tones the body, mind and spirit, so it's helpful for releasing physical congestion and skin conditions as well as emotional blockages.
You'll find Cypress in the Neal's Yard's Beauty Sleep Concentrate - clinically proven to increase the skin's moisture levels by 98% over 12 hours, it replenishes and recharges all skin types. It was the product that first got me interested in Neal's Yard, as the results are so visible.
Cypress is also in the sumptuously rich Beauty Sleep Body Butter combined with Ylang Ylang and Patchouli for a sensuous, relaxing experience as you drift into sleep.
Clearance - 50% Off Superfood Detox Blend
You'll find the organic fibre cleanse blend at half price - ideal for a detox smoothie or sprinkled on food, it's a vegan blend that includes flax and chia seeds, apple and psyllium husks.

New - Nikken Energy Pack
|
In the same way our mobile isn't efficient when it's low on battery, we also need to be fully charged for our brain and body to work at full capacity.
But modern life not only takes us away from our natural recharging stations by minimising contact with fresh air, light and unpolluted nature, it actively puts us in situations where any energy we do have is quickly drained by EMFs, screens and air pollution. Even being in an emotionally stressful environment leads to a build up of positive ions which can make us irritable, tense and depleted.

The reflective fibres in the DUK tape and knee wraps add deep warmth and support and the back (mag)flex can be placed on your upper or lower back or your front for digestive or monthly discomfort.
I carry a strip of DUK tape and a magnet in my bag as they're so useful to stop a headache, toothache or any other niggle from escalating.
