Keeping a Balanced Focus
We're living through times when we're being invited to reassess our view of reality, as more and more darkness is exposed. Some of us are already aware of the corruption and propaganda we're subjected to, for others this year may hold some surprises.
If we're to stay emotionally and mentally healthy it's important to be aware of what's going on behind the scenes so you aren't manipulated, but not to allow it to dominate your thoughts to the point where you're constantly immersed in victim consciousness.
Try not to actively engage in divisive situations and conversations that split people into 'right and wrong'. They weaken everyone except the people who profit from a divide and rule strategy. There are so many timelines we could go down and we need to focus on ones with the most positive outcomes.
One of my favourite pieces of inspirational writing is called Desiderata and these lines seem apt right now: 'Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism.'

Move From Lost to Purposeful - Bach to Basics |

Thanks to Judith for flagging up this excellent book that brings together homeopathy and Bach remedies - both branches of vibrational medicine.
Feeling confused or lost?
We've lost a lot of certainty in this past year and many of our usual reference points and routines are no longer there, which can lead to us feeling quite disorientated. If you need direction and clarity, here are some remedy suggestions below:
Honeysuckle - this is an important remedy in times of change because Honeysuckle helps us make peace with the past so we can move on. It may be a loss or some other difficult experience that we haven't faced but something keeps us looking in the rear view mirror instead of the road ahead.
We may paint the past in a rosy glow, sigh with regret, hold a flame for a past relationship or actually have blanks about our early childhood. All are signs that we can't integrate some important experience and learn from it. This means our energy is being continually drained and people can find our company tiring - you may feel tired yourself:) You'll certainly find it hard to imagine a future you can really look forward to.
As you take Honeysuckle your focus will finally be on the present. Your energy will rise and you'll be able to take the gifts from past events in a way that allows you to envisage a more positive future.
Clutter-clearing? This is a very helpful remedy when you're clutter-clearing as it allows you to let go of items whose only value lies in the memories that they evoke.
Wild Oat - Do you find it hard to commit? Do you start projects and relationships full of enthusiasm then wind up bored? Do you spread yourself too thin across too many areas?
This remedy is useful when you have ambition and talent and you want to do something special and fulfilling with your life but you can't seem to find out what that is. You may try many different things with some success but perhaps your relationship doesn't tick all your boxes or your work doesn't feel like your soul path. You're not a 'joiner' and you often pursue unconventional routes. You're hard to pigeon-hole or label and you prefer it that way.
This remedy will help you see that looking outside or to others for goals and purpose is not the answer. The direction that will satisfy your soul is known within you if you'd only be still and listen.You don't need to do something 'special', you need to do something that's uniquely right for you and to do it well - then you'll feel the satisfaction you long for. The answer's not in endlessly shifting but in committing to one focus and digging deep. You may worry that will be boring but in reality it will bring you the fulfilment you seek.

This is actually often a turning point in our life when we have to give up something really fundamental in order to change. It may be that we need to leave our job or our partner or redefine our sexual identity or declare bankruptcy.

Bach Remedy Charts with Karmic Essences
I have a couple of laminated Bach Remedy charts in an A2 size produced by Crystal Herbs. They show all 38 remedies in the 7 groups with each remedy's key words, such as 'intolerance' or 'resentment' and at the centre is the karmic essence that relates to each group.
The chart is an easy way of showing Bach remedies to clients or using them for reference for yourself or in a consultation. They make a nice backdrop to a zoom call:)
At the bottom of the chart is an address and phone number for Crystal Herbs (now out of date) which would be easy to tape over or cover with a frame. Both charts have been used at exhibitions, so have sticky tape marks on the back. They're in good condition but not pristine. As they've been rolled in cylinders for a long time you'll need to weight them flat for a bit.

Get Grounded - Plug yourself into the Earth |

When life's uncertain and there's a lot of stress around, both from people and technology, it's vital to stay grounded. We need to conduct negative energy out through our feet into the earth and absorb positive energy through our skin, in the form of healthy magnetic field. If that cycle isn't happening we feel tired, drained and burdened by life.
One way we can help ourselves is to get outside as much as we can, away from buildings and masts but if you're forced to sit in unhealthy EMFs for hours in order to work or because you're living near a mast or someone with a smart meter or there are cordless phone bases in your space, a grounding mat can be a really effective solution.
Simply have the mat in contact with your skin. That might mean under a bare foot or round your shoulders, or resting your arm or wrist on it while you work. Just plug it into a socket. The socket doesn't need to be turned on, as the mat doesn't need power; it uses it the opposite way - to earth.
Meeting Safely - Breathe Clean Air Nikken's air filter units have come into their own at the moment to give you clean air confidence, especially during get-togethers.
