Connecting to the Light
Since the recent eclipse I've sensed a deep shift - a much stronger connection to the origins of light that go far beyond this planet. It seems easier to connect with the frequencies that some of us might identify as 'home'. Many people I've been talking to have noticed it too - maybe you're one of them.
Personally I'm listening, just before sleep, to music that brings in higher vibrations such as Tom Kenyon's Hathor tracks.
I've also been gifted a very special crystal that found me from the other side of the world which is amplifying all my experiences and blowing the socks off sensitive people. I'm glad to see that crystal expert Judy Hall is now highlighting other potent crystals that are ready to be discovered. Details of her talk, where she'll be sharing them, are below.

Do you often drift into past memories or future scenarios? Do you avoid being in your body by getting caught up in constant thinking? Many of us develop these habits to avoid the here and now. Maybe reality is difficult or overwhelming, with too much unresolved baggage. We may develop unhealthy compulsions to numb the emotional pain. We may even wonder why we chose to incarnate at all:)

When I asked for my next step, I was shown small groups of people gathered around campfires gazing into the flames. I was moving between them helping them make connections and, in some cases, connecting them with each other, because it was time for their paths to intersect.
As always, the 'how' came later. Now it's clear it's to be in the form of the Transformation Game - a board game developed at the international spiritual community at Findhorn in Scotland.
The Game was developed to reflect the laws of the universe. You can bring your intention to it and watch as those laws of cause and effect affect every choice you make. I trained as a Game Facilitator at Findhorn many years ago and have held games all over the UK since 2003.
 The space I want to offer in this next phase is only to three people at a time. These will be committed mastermind groups who will support each other through a focused day of inner journeying. No screens - just real life connection overseen by the Transformation Deva and a host of Game Angels. You may already be familiar with these, as they took on a life of their own after the Game came out.
At the moment I can only offer this opportunity in the UK. I'm looking for people who can offer an appropriate space. I know the power of the Game - it has produced more miracles than anything I've ever done - so I trust that if it's speaking to you now, you'll email and let me know you're interested, your location and if you can offer a host space - basically a table (ideally oval or round) and four chairs in a reasonably spacious, quiet room.
Once I have some locations and dates agreed, I'll put them on the website and in the next newsletter.

| From Masked Pleaser to Genuine Joy | |
 When you're asked how you are, is the answer always 'fine'? Do you keep your worries to yourself and present a cheerful face no matter what, unwilling to lose face or burden others with your concerns? If you have a sensitive, empathic personality you may have difficulty saying 'no' or working out what's your stuff and what's other peoples (and there are Bach Remedies for those states) but there's another consequence of having an almost telepathic understanding of other people's feelings.
Conflict can be very distressing when you feel other people's emotions as your own. Anger, rejection, sadness, jealousy - even when unspoken these states are clear to a sensitive personality and as a child we may not have the tools to deal with such feelings. So the pattern of pleasing can start young.
We may develop a need to pour oil on troubled waters, to create harmony and avoid conflict, even if we pay a high personal price - often the cost is not admitting to and expressing our own needs, much less getting them met.
The result is that we shut off from our inner world. We pretend to ourselves that all is well, minimise problems and symptoms, develop a Pollyanna attitude even when urgent action is needed. We may keep busy, work compulsively or socialise constantly to avoid feeling the restlessness inside as our emotions try to get our attention.
The more we stay in our head and refuse to listen, the more we develop physical illness or pain as our feelings give up whispering and begin to turn up the volume.
The saddest part is that by cutting our head off from our heart we also cut off the route to our higher self, to the wisdom and potential of our soul.
