Even when we're still and quiet, we're part of a cosmic dance of vibration that connects us with our surroundings. Our breath goes in and out, as our lungs contract and expand. The oceans and tidal rivers ebb and flow.
Nature cycles between growth spurts and die-back. Far above us the planets cause the magnetic field of the earth beneath our feet to flux.

New Hathor Message via Tom Kenyon - The Solar Holon |
As some of you know, I have three Hathor Guides and I love to share with you when sound healer Tom Kenyon brings through a new Hathor message, often accompanied by an encoded sound meditation.
For years the Hathors have been talking about the arrival of a time called the Chaotic Nodes and they now say we're in the midst of them and, although ultimately they offer a chance for accelerated change, they can also deplete our vitality.

From Fear to Trust - Bach to Basics |

Is it hard to be alone with your thoughts? So much could cause anxiety at the moment, so if you're aware of tension, stress, restlessness, numbness or emotional exhaustion, here are some remedy suggestions below:
Red Chestnut - is a wonderful remedy for empaths. If you're so sensitive that you feel other people's pain as your own and you find you can project your energy at a distance, it's vital to create strong boundaries or you may feel drained by your concern for others.

Maybe you need to keep tabs on those you love without realising that, although your motivation is loving concern it can feel burdensome to them at an unconscious level.

You can be compassionate without needing to share their pain.This remedy helps you see that a healthy connection with another is not through anxiety or other personality-based emotion but through your higher self and their higher self. Star of Bethlehem - is marvellous for unblocking areas of our psyche where fear has caused us to shut down. This may be from childhood experiences or the result of an accident or surgery which sends the body into shock. It's a remedy that's also indicated by recurring nightmares. When we habitually leave our body under stress, especially if we're sensitive, our emotions find it more and more difficult to find a route to express themselves and release.
Physically we may find we retain water in a physical reflection of trying to dilute the toxicity that we're holding onto. The desire to numb emotional pain can also result in not being able to physically feel or sense the external world - we may even faint. We may speak very softly or lose our voice entirely. We may experience problems with hearing or vision or keeping our balance.
As we take Star of Bethlehem it allows frozen pathways to thaw so that energy can flow again. Our strength and vitality returns as we reconnect once more with our higher self.

Dowsing Pendulums - Top Tip For Decison Making |
Are decisions difficult? Sometimes it's easy to feel your intuitive guidance but often, the more you have riding on the outcome, the harder it is to know what's guidance and what's fear, doubt or worry influencing your choice.
At times like that it can be helpful to cut up pieces of card or thick paper (so you can't see the writing through them) into identical sizes and write your options on them. Sometimes I even include a piece with a question mark to represent an alternative I haven't yet considered or a person I've yet to meet.
Then I put one hand over each piece of paper in turn and allow my mind to empty. Apart from the movement of the pendulum I can also get images or a prompting to a specific action.
You can also do this if you want to know whether or not to take a specific course of action. Add in alternatives or as yet unknown options so you don't know when you're connecting to the action you're enquiring about. That way you can be sure of a neutral mindset.
