Wow - the pace of change is certainly speeding up now - personally, globally, politically and economically. When I tune in there's a sense of a tipping point. The planet has got its own 'red lines' that are non-negotiable and if we don't respect these, we endanger our own evolution as well as that of Mother Earth.
To accommodate change we need to clear space for it which means accepting that all things - whether we label them good or bad - have to come to an end. That can bring up two very difficult themes - attachment and letting go. Both of these plug into primal survival fears about having enough, fear of abandonment and a need to belong.
But the more of us who can face the fear and clear unhealthy attachments the easier it will be to find a new vision for the future - the more we'll dissolve the planetary brain fog that has kept us confused and see clearly what needs to happen next - both personally and globally
On difficult days it can be easy to think you're 'only one person' - but each of us matters deeply. Any effort you make to free yourself from old patterning and align yourself with your true essence is significant for the whole.
Every step towards clarity and the integration of our painful triggers means we're more able to respond effectively - be more response-able. I hope this issue offers you useful resources on that journey.

Are you easily guilt-tripped? Do you often act out of duty or obligation, otherwise the judge in your head tells you that you're a bad person? | From Resentment to Response-ability | |
 Fed up? Does life seem unfair? Does it feel like nothing you do will make any difference?
We all have days when we wake up grumpy. We might pout and sulk, rain on everyone's parade and forget to say thank you, until hopefully something or somebody helps us snap out of it.
It's also common to feel let down as we get older and life hasn't turned out the way we'd hoped. We may think life hasn't lived up to our expectations or we've been dealt a bad hand. We may not yet be ready to see that when, little by little, we allow positive habits to fall by the wayside and are no longer so open to learning and change, we can get stuck in a repetitive negative vibration.
If we fail to recognise our disappointment in life we might unconsciously punish fate by refusing to be happy. For example by not acknowledging that we're getting better when we've been ill, by not noticing or appreciating the help and support that we've been given, or by giving up the things that used to bring us joy. These choices all ensure that our personal sun is obscured by dark clouds.
 Feeling a victim is a universal experience and one of the archetypes we all share. It's also an attitude which, when we become aware of it, can be our greatest teacher. This isn't done by adopting a false Pollyanna attitude but through genuine self-enquiry.
One of the most important soul lessons that we're all here to learn is that far from being a victim, we're actually powerful divine beings and nothing that happens to us is a coincidence. If we're willing and able to look at the negative consequences of our thoughts and actions then we're able to respond constructively - we become response-able.
If we're unable to recognise the outer reflection of our inner state and integrate the learning, then we have to go through those feelings again until we do. This is the root of the word resentment - which literally means to feel again. Resentment is like a hamster wheel of negative thoughts. It trundles round and round bringing down your vibration with stories of how unfairly you've been treated and how unlucky you are. Sometimes it even literally leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.
