 Are you experiencing a burning desire? The Aries energy that's so strong at the moment may be bringing up any thwarted desires in the form of resentment or frustration. Aries likes to lead and begin new projects, often working alone, as independence equates to freedom for such a pioneering spirit.
Aries is reflected in the Bach remedy Impatiens. It's the remedy that most closely relates to physical pain so I'd always put it in a blend if I was experiencing discomfort - and right now many of us may benefit from it.
Frustration is the challenging face of this remedy. It leads to tension, stress, tight muscles, a clenched jaw, headaches, teeth grinding, indigestion, inflammation and contraction. Frustration is also a strong reaction to whatever's going on in your life right now - it indicates inner conflict and an inability to accept reality.
When we feel this level of resistance there are two ways out: either we surrender to what is, allowing us to soften and accept the situation so that it can transform, or we focus this pent up energy in a way that creates a breakthrough. Perhaps it will allow us to clear the air - to finally say something that we've needed to express for a long time - or to remove something from our life that's way past its sell-by date.
