Finding Divine Connection
So often we're told what to think and feel. We're bombarded with media that tells you to do this, buy that, vote for this person, sign this petition, wear the latest trend, eat organic, drive electric and on it goes.
The fact is we're still in duality and that means there's right and wrong - a need to take sides. It can make decision-making difficult because whatever we choose feels like a judgement, an exclusion of other possibilities.
But when we're in touch with our divinity decisions are easier because our higher self is in unity consciousness. Choices made from that place are wholly positive. They may not come without difficulties or emotional pain attached but there's an inner knowing that this is the best course for your growth - away from the external noise and mental confusion the silence and stillness allows a new path to show itself that's for the divine good of all.
The external noise seem to be louder than ever so make it a priority to connect with your higher self, your own true nature. And thats what essences do - they come from nature, where we all come from, so they put you back into connection with that wise part of you. Hathor Messages & Music - The Cave of Altruin |

Sound healer Tom Kenyon has been channeling messages and soundtracks from the Hathors for many years. Their music transmits information in the form of sound codes. When the Hathors are present Tom's voice is able to span a far greater range than it normally can. (You can see Tom in the film 'Time of the Sixth Sun' featured above).
For years the Hathors have spoken about preparing ourselves for the arrival of the Chaotic Nodes - now I know what they mean:) Last month they communicated a new message and a soundtrack called the Cave of Altruin which will provide a virtual sanctuary.
They say, as do so many, that Earth is heading into very challenging times and the only chance we have to mitigate the effects of the way we've treated the earth is by global co-operation and the forming of 'thought-tribes' - getting together with like-minded people to manifest a more positive timeline. So while hiding our head in the sand won't help, worrying about the future won't either. Let's do what the Hathors and Pam Gregory suggests in her video below and join together to envision a different, more co-operative future in which we love and respect the Earth and each other.
In the meantime the new soundtrack will help us create the Cave of Altruin which the Hathors describe as 'a multidimensional oasis for restoration and a sanctuary for receiving high vibrational energies. The energies that emanate from the Cave can enliven you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Rest in the Cave whenever you feel the need for deep restoration and magical transformation.'

From Criticism to Acceptance - Bach to Basics |
|
Do you feel isolated? Are you aware of an inner critic constantly giving you negative reviews, so you don't feel at ease with yourself? Are you often irritated by other people's opinions and actions? Have you lost your sense of humour?
The Bach remedy Beech is one we all benefit from occasionally especially as we get older. However, it can be hard to see when we need it precisely because it works on our blindspots.
When we first see the world with the innocence of a newborn we don't need Beech, as this remedy works on patterns that we acquire from the world around us. As we grow we gradually learn that parts of ourselves aren't acceptable or welcome. Such judgements can lead to us hiding supposedly unacceptable aspects of our personality from ourselves, as well as others.
We may also present ourselves in one way such as liberal and open-minded but we're unconsciously conflicted because deep within we've internalised judgements from society, our family, our religion or our culture. This pattern of judgement has the effect of isolating us from our own divine essence because we aren't able to embrace all of ourselves. We're no longer whole but inwardly fragmented and at odds, censoring our thoughts and actions.
When that pattern of judgement is turned outwards it isolates us from others. Even if we appear to be tolerant if we secretly feel that the opinions or lifestyles of others are wrong, that will prevent any real intimacy. People can sense a lack of acceptance and won't trust us or open up to real connection.
As you take Beech you'll gradually be able to look more honestly at yourself and others. As you accept the darker side to your personality that you may not have admitted to before, you give it a chance to transform. The more you can accept your own shortcomings the more tolerant you become of others. Instead of demanding perfection you can aim for excellence, instead of inwardly rejecting those who don't share your opinions or live by your rules you can accept that they may have their own path to tread.
An agreeable exterior can actually match the interior as you find peace with who you truly are and who others are too. A newborn's uncensored sense of wonder can open up to you as you realise the beauty and goodness within yourself and all around you. As you stop resisting what you previously found unacceptable, authentic connection becomes possible and you can fully digest and enjoy life.
Beech is an excellent remedy for indigestion and food intolerances and allergies of all kinds, as they're often a physical manifestation of not being able to tolerate or to easily digest what's being presented to us. It's also useful for nail-biting, rashes, warts, menopause, ageing, mother issues and tinnitus.
