New Essence Potentisation

In the last issue I promised you essence news and here it is! I knew it was time to add something - I just didn't know what that was. Finally I felt drawn to contact the man who attuned the pyramids which I use for potentising essences, and it was clear that it was time to go up a level.
 This means that I now have a new Mer-Ka-Ba pyramid which I'm working with in several ways, both to upgrade and re-align my own energy and to speed up the pace of change that the essences create when you take them - so be prepared:)
From now on essences will be even more powerfully aligned with the new template that reflects the future of the planet, whether you call that Unity consciousness, Christ consciousness or the Fifth dimension. So as you take the blends or receive them as transmissions, they will encourage personality patterns that don't resonate with the new dimension to leave.
This process will require your participation and intention to evolve, so that you act appropriately on new awareness and take time to listen and notice what's being shown to you. If you'd like support on that journey, there are some coaching sessions available over the summer.

The Need For Authenticity & What Can Make You Prone to Illness

In this 26 minute video Hungarian-born Canadian doctor, psychologist and addiction expert Gabor Mate explains the risk factors that can dispose us towards chronic illness.
All the patterns he mentions are ones that we learn in childhood as a way to get the love and approval we all need. Many of the patterns which dispose us to illness are common to healers and therapists such as empathy and a strong sense of responsibility and duty.
Gabor also explains why it can feel so frightening to be authentic - yet when we aren't, we cut ourselves off from our true nature, our gut instinct and our intuition.
He also points out that the immune system is compromised when we suppress our natural anger. For example if someone invades our boundaries and we learn to suppress a healthy 'no', that also suppresses our immune system, which has the job of protecting us from invading forces. Worth watching!
