Often we make choices designed to help us avoid facing a difficult truth, but that never gives us what we truly want. Once we do the inner work the forgiven, acknowledged aspect of ourselves becomes part of the decision-making team - happy, included and full of energy. New doors open, and fresh directions emerge - not because something on the outside changed - that's rarely under our control - but because something on the inside shifted.
I can't tell you how often, when someone starts coaching, somewhere deep inside there's something ready to shift. It may take a few sessions and the support of specific essences but sooner or later, in the presence of self-compassion, that inner door will open onto a new version of you.
Each session includes:
- a Bach remedy prescription
- an attunement for a deep-acting essence or blend (when needed - this will depend on the frequency of your sessions)
- a summary of the main points of the session to follow up on

Bach to Basics - From Apathy to Enthusiasm |
|
Lost your mojo? Does life feel like a struggle? Are you stuck and tired to your very bones? Have you lost a sense of purpose?
If you feel it hard to get going and your reactions are slow and sluggish. If you no longer care deeply enough about anything to actively make it happen, then Wild Rose is your friend.
Sometimes it can seem that we're carrying a burden which is slowly crushing us - the weight of trauma, whether ours or our ancestors, that we haven't been able to resolve and integrate. Or perhaps we've been living with a health condition for so long we've resigned ourselves to never fully recovering. Life can feel like two steps forward and four steps back.
Eventually we may just surrender to our fate, passively floating along with no joy or spark to lighten our journey. We may be quite stoic and not complain or even acknowledge to ourselves that's what we're doing - this state can creep up on us until our energy is stagnant and we're stuck - pressing down on an accelerator that no longer responds because there's no enthusiasm in the tank.
When we benefit from Wild Rose we may have symptoms of inertia and restriction such as stiff muscles or joints, difficulty hearing or seeing, a lump in our throat, chronic illness or dementia.

As we don't see the point in discussing how we're feeling, we just get on with doing what's needed to keep things ticking over but with no thought of change or any vision of how we might like our life to be instead.
This is a brilliant remedy if you need to stick to a diet or an exercise regime or any goal where you can feel a tendency to sabotage yourself arising. It's that inner voice that says 'oh I might as well have a biscuit - I never stick to things anyway' or 'I shan't bother to work on my book today - it probably won't be published anyhow'.
Wild Rose is useful for premature babies who were put in incubators, for neglected or abandoned animals or ourselves if that was ever our experience - crying and crying but nobody came, so we learned to stop trying to get help, to voice our needs or get attention and lost connection to our power.
When we take Wild Rose we're able to see that, at any age and with whatever diagnosis, we can change our apparent fate. As it gets to work we find the enthusiasm to create and achieve. We may even become an inspiration to others in the way that we make the most of the cards we've been dealt.
