Tips for the Tipping Point
If you're reading this, remember you've chosen to be here now, at a pivotal time for the Earth, to add your unique vibration and be part of the huge changes we're experiencing.
As the Solstice draws closer - whether that's Winter or Summer in your part of the world - we're approaching a tipping point which means we'll be getting rid of the last pieces of baggage that we don't want to carry into New Earth, rather like throwing ballast out of a hot air balloon so that we can soar into a higher vibration.
That might mean that we're up against major challenges in work, health, finances or relationships. We may find old scenarios are replaying as we give ourselves another chance to choose differently and heal something we may have carried for lifetimes.
So please be kind to yourself. If in doubt, ask what you'd advise yourself to do, if you loved yourself unconditionally.
And keep listening to your inner guidance which can be hard to hear at such a busy time of year. Regular quiet time will tell you which social events truly matter, which items on your to-do list are really important and what truths need to be expressed for you reach this point aligned with a future that befits your purpose.

From Breaking Point to Composure - Bach to Basics |
|
Do you feel like an emotional or mental pressure-cooker? Do you have emotional outbursts or fear you will? Are people walking on eggshells around you?
The remedy under the spotlight in this issue is Cherry Plum. Although it can be a wonderful long-term remedy for a traumatised nervous system, it's one that we need more often in acute circumstances when we're under too much strain.
This is a remedy to reach for if you're at the end of your tether and about to emotionally or mentally snap. You may be on the brink of doing or saying something destructive that you can't take back.
Unlike the Bach remedy Rock Rose where there may be an obvious external cause for our reaction, Cherry Plum can build within us from thoughts and fears that others are unaware of. They may simply feel the need to be careful not to 'set you off'. This state can often arise when we have to make a big decision that triggers a lot of conflicting emotions.
The tremendous tension and inner conflict we feel is often held in the jaw and we'll clench it tight, giving us stiff necks, tight shoulders, staring eyes or migraines. You may fear that if you start crying you'll never stop or if you express your anger or despair you'll do real damage to yourself or others. Physically so much emotional suppression can cause constipation, blocked sinuses, toothache and bed-wetting when sleep can force us to let go.
This state can be relieved by expressing our fears, screaming, shouting, crying and stamping our feet but unfortunately that's generally not seen as 'normal' after the age of four:) More acceptable ways to find cathartic release as an adult can be sports matches, music gigs, drumming circles and dance groups. Movement and physical expression is a safety valve.
When we take Cherry Plum we regain a more balanced perspective. We're able to recognise and name our feelings so that they can flow through us and be expressed in a more measured way. That enables us to be courageous and present even in difficult circumstances.
This state is also a common reaction to shock and stress, when we fear losing our minds or losing control. This is why Cherry Plum is part of Revival Remedy. (Known as Rescue Remedy in the original range). It calms us so we can breathe and think more clearly.
NB This is an excellent remedy for animals who have experienced abuse and who cycle through periods of withdrawal followed by manic or destructive behaviour.
