Welcome to this bumper issue, designed to resource you through the next few weeks which promise to be intense, scary or exciting, depending on your viewpoint:)
We'll be moving into a time when we can develop gifts we could previously only dream of. What scientists have called 'junk DNA' will start to be activated. As our energy become finer, vibrational medicine such as essences, homeopathy, sound and colour therapy will have a much more powerful impact on improving our wellbeing.
If you've got decisions to make, check-in, dowse or test regularly because energy is changing very quickly. What's true now, may not be true tomorrow.
When we agreed to be here through this period of transition we also brought frequencies that we can switch on now the time is right. My guides tell me that crystals will activate all over the world. Energy fields will be expanded that will change people's behaviour. This won't happen overnight but the next four years will see a major shift.

Feeling Tired? Bach to Basics |
|
With so much change to integrate this year many of us are feeling tired. However there's a big difference between feeling mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, physically lethargic and spiritually disconnected. Almost all of these will be helped by getting outside and exercising in nature, staying fully hydrated and sticking with a regular spiritual or stillness practice such as meditation.
However, it's also worth digging deeper into the nature of your fatigue and choosing appropriate remedies from the Bach flower system. Unless you've just run a marathon, tiredness is usually some form of resistance to 'what is'. Sometimes just seeing what's beneath the tiredness can be enough to shift it and get you back into flow:
Rock Water - if you've developed a certain grim determination to get through this year, you may have fallen into a Rock Water pattern. It often shows up as a strict regime of practices such as what you eat, how and when you exercise or meditate. You may have a strong belief that you need to stick to these, often with the unspoken hope that others will see the value in your lifestyle and follow suit.
There may be nothing wrong with what you're doing but the mindset has become rigid, which can be reflected in your body becoming stiff and low in energy. Rock Water will help you soften and accept that joy is a vital part of life. Your halo may better serve as a frisbee - as you learn to play and allow your inner child to have fun, energy will return together with laughter and a lighter outlook.
Agrimony - few things are as draining on our energy as worry. The only thing that's worse is keeping your worries to yourself and putting on a smile when you least feel like it. Wallowing is not helpful either, but Agrimony is needed when you feel you can't burden others with your problems and your outer persona becomes a cheerful act.

Clematis - we're designed to work like lightening rods. High frequency light comes down through our crown and exits through the soles of our feet where any negative energy that's been picked up can be transmuted by the earth. Unfortunately many of us have experienced times when we've felt unsafe in our bodies and our reflex action under stress can be to take our energy out of our body.
We may 'space out', go numb or daydream. We may trip over, and find focus and co-ordination difficult, such as being able to park. Transitioning from the Physical |
Seasonal gatherings can be a difficult time if it reminds us of someone who's no longer on the physical plane, as old grief is triggered.
I've often found with clients that messages come through from people in spirit and I've never doubted how thin the veil can be.
I hope this description by Dr Christopher Kerr of what he learned, heard and saw working in a hospice, brings comfort and solace.
As we've seen this year, the fear of death can easily be used to manipulate us. When we're scared we may lose our ability to connect with our higher guidance.

Water & Shower Filters
If you have a Nikken water system or shower head, the filters need changing every 3 months of average use.
Meeting Safely - Breathe Clean Air: Nikken's air filter units may come into their own at the moment, especially during family gatherings. They clean the air to HEPA quality - the same as operating theatres. Sadly the unit's have been discontinued, but if you have one, the filter pack needs changing every six months and they're still available.
