Earth is going through tremendous change and expansion and that means our experience will be much happier if we can be flexible, centred, clear and receptive. Those qualities will give us the resilience to view potentially scary events as exciting opportunities.
So now's a good time to consider how to make yourself and your life more flexible. For example take up or maintain a practice of Tai Chi, Qi Gong or Yoga and see if you can renegotiate a more flexible work routine or add other income streams that give you more options.
Stay centred with regular meditation or exercise so that you constantly check in with your physical self and connect to the earth. This will really help convert anxiety to optimism.
Clear your physical body by eating lightly and your mental body by regularly stilling your mind. Reflect this by creating space in your outer environment. In the same way that you weed a garden to allow light and nutrients to feed the plants you really want to bloom, take out anything in your space which doesn't reflect your current vision for your future and instead keeps you tied to a past version of yourself.

From People-Pleasing to Authenticity - Bach to Basics |
|
Is it difficult to ask for what you need or speak your truth, especially when you know it may not be welcome? A key part of being able to be authentic is to stay true to yourself even when it means displeasing others. If this is a growing edge for you here are some remedy suggestions below:
Centaury - is the ideal remedy for those of us who have a strong sense of service and innate psychic gifts. When we're able to offer those in a healthy, discriminating and boundaried way all is well. But sometimes the need to serve can become enmeshed with a need for validation and a sense of self-worth.
When this happens it becomes easy for dominant personalities to get you to dance to their tune. Saying no requires too much energy, so you may take on extra work or duties beyond what's fair or good for you. You may find you're easily able to anticipate others' needs but are unaware of your own, or unwilling to express them in case you seem awkward or demanding.
Sometimes this pattern can be formed in childhood as a way of coping - especially if you had a dominant parent or sibling or had to follow strict religious or institutional rules. Sometimes it arises after a long period of illness when you've needed to be looked after. Sometimes it's an unconscious way of avoiding the challenges of fulfilling your own purpose by helping others with theirs.
As you take Centaury you begin to see that part of maturing is to develop discernment, to make decisions and mistakes so you can learn and grow. You'll question other people's agendas and be aware of your own needs so that you can choose to say no when it doesn't serve you, enabling you to say yes to something that does.
Agrimony - this remedy helps when we adopt the role of the 'masked pleaser'. We put on a cheerful front regardless of what's going within - a place we try to avoid looking by keeping busy or numbing out on food, drink, box sets or drugs.
This pattern usually begins when we're young and sensitive to what wins approval and what meets the expectations of others, so we learn to smile and show appreciation while hiding our own needs and problems both from ourselves and others.
This creates tremendous restlessness and inner conflict so we may develop nervous habits or physical symptoms such as rashes. We'll certainly be sensitive to pain because it's the only way our higher self can get our attention, as we ignore our own emotional distress.
This remedy helps you accept conflict as a necessary part of growth and enables you to take off your rose-tinted glasses and see what's really going on both within yourself and in external situations and relationships. It encourages you to be honest about how you feel and to share that with others - even if you rock the boat, you can still enjoy the journey:)
Cherry Plum - is perfect for pent-up states when we cannot express ourselves for fear that we might say or do something rash or even harmful. We may be both physically and emotionally constipated with a backlog of emotion becoming ever more intense due to our fear of saying how we really feel.
