Change Your Mood Naturally I love the way I can use essential oils to produce the mood I want. For example I put a blend in my diffuser to inspire me when I'm writing (Lime's often in there) and a different one when I need to focus on detailed work (that will usually include Lemon).
If stress is threatening to derail me then I'll create a calming blend that also brings me present, so Lavender will often be part of that.
The diffuser by my bed usually has more relaxing, sensual oils and the automatic shut off means I can drift off without worrying about it. Vetiver and Ylang Ylang can be great at the end of the day.
The blends on the Neal's Yard website can be a useful place to start if you want ideas on blending your own.
How it works: This offer allows you to buy three or more oils and, when you go through checkout, the cheapest oil will be reduced to half price.
NB: Blends don't qualify for the offer - only single oils.
It can't be used with any other offer
