Taking the next step often needs courage. We may not know if we're going down the right path, we may have to face disapproval, judgement or our own self-doubt.
It can be really helpful to remember that as soon as you take it, the landscape changes. The energy around you rearranges itself and doors which you couldn't see from where you were before are suddenly visible.

Maya Angelou once said if you can't change a situation, change how you feel about it. Actually that's often the best place to start because it's how we feel about a situation that keeps it stuck.
