If ever I feel I'm losing my connection to spirit I look at the beauty of the natural world. Flowers and trees simply allow life to express itself through them as they go through a cycle of growing, flowering, re-seeding themselves then dying away in order to express themselves anew.
One of the reasons that flower essences are so effective is that, like us, they constantly interact with the cosmos. Unlike us, they don't resist the upgrades of new frequencies and new information that's always coming through. So whatever imbalance you have, at whatever level of your being, an essence will treat you with the most powerful frequency currently available.
At the moment we're going through rapid change: socially, technologically, economically, politically and vibrationally. More and more of us are being shaken awake and asked to engage and play our part if we're to create a life and a world that's sustainable and humane. The more whole we are, the wiser and more at peace we are and the more we're able to bring that peace and wisdom to the world around us. Self-healing was never more important.

Dealing with Stress Patterns - Nadine Burke Harris

In this 6 minute video Pediatrician Nadine Burke Harris explains how prolonged or repeated stress in childhood affects the development of our nervous system, our immunity, our brain and even our DNA.
