Welcome to 2021:) I hope you're managing to stay present and grounded on this rollercoaster of change.
If you know you're a light worker, the time has arrived to be a death doula for the old earth and a birth doula for the new one that's emerging.
That means staying focused on a positive vision of transformation. It means being the reassuring presence, knowing that all is well, as old structures show themselves to no longer be fit for purpose. It means holding a welcoming space for new visions of society and community.
This is always easier in a group of like-minded people, so please join events and regular gatherings to keep your spirits uplifted. There are lots of suggestions below.

Message From the Hathors: Transition States into New Realities |
Musician Tom Kenyon has channelled the Hathors for many years. They enable him to produce an extraordinary range of notes that he can't normally reach, which produces profoundly affecting sound meditations.
Back in 2011 the Hathors began to speak of the coming Chaotic Nodes that Earth was going to experience as part of its transition into a new reality. At the time it sounded somewhat alarming but now we know what they were referring to, we can see what they mean:).
This latest message says the current chaotic node will see the 'collapse of the collective lies of our culture' not just in the economy and government but also dispelling the idea that we're merely physical beings.
In this message the Hathors speak of what they call perceptual markers that anchor our current reality such as having a job which means we get up and have lunch at a certain time, commute a particular route, spend our time with specific people and so on. These markers will be changing for many of us as our routines change. One excerpt I especially liked was:
'Be careful what new markers you put into place, for these ideas and beliefs will be the stars in the new sky of your mind, and you shall navigate your way into these new times by the stars (thoughts and beliefs) that you have placed in the heavens of your own consciousness. So be wise when you go about creating new stars, our fellow navigators of the mystery.'

Move From Fearful Control to Trusting Flexibility - Bach to Basics |
|
When the outside world seems chaotic and unpredictable one common response is to bring order to everything we can, to regain a sense of control. If this goes too far, we can become rigid and, as we know, in stormy weather the tree that survives is the one that's flexible, that can bend with the wind, whereas stiff and rigid trunks can break in two or even be entirely uprooted.
When we're firm and steady in our core we can bend to meet the prevailing wind. When we're in fear we leave our centre and meet outside forces with resistance. Then we're at our weakest, disconnected from the source of our strength - our divine connection. Here are some remedies to consider when you notice a need to control your environment or the people around you:
Chicory - if you gain self-worth from being indispensable and are always the one who gives advice and leaps in to help, Chicory may be a useful remedy. This pattern of control comes in the guise of being concerned and caring but it disempowers those around you, taking away opportunities for them to grow by finding their own solutions.
In the Chicory state there's always an agenda when we give. We may not even be aware of it until the other person doesn't appreciate what we've done, doesn't heed our advice or reciprocate the time and effort we've put in. It's easy to guilt trip others in a Chicory state in order to get our own needs fulfilled.
When we take this remedy we're able to see what's our business and what we need to leave others to sort out and learn from. We're able to face the emotional void within ourselves and focus on meeting our own needs without asking others to be responsible for 'making us happy'. Dependency becomes a thing of the past and we can give and love with no strings attached.
Vine - this remedy balances your leadership potential and your relationship with your own authority. It can raise its head when you have ambition, whether it's in the performing arts, setting up an organisation or business, or leading a successful team or a creative project.
Ambition can be very positive but Vine is needed if you drive yourself or others too hard. You may not tolerate others questioning your decisions or you may delight in saving a tricky situation, rather than allowing others to grow by resolving it themselves. You may achieve amazing results but at the cost of humanity and heart.
Vine also helps at the other extreme when you find it hard to take up the reins and direct others in what they need to do because you can't stand in your own authority. In this case you may find you attract those who dominate, in order to force you to strengthen your own backbone - this can include unruly pets:) Taking Vine allows you find a balance so that you can be comfortable with your own authority and lead effectively with compassion, moving up a gear or down a gear, as needed.
Crab Apple - if you notice a tendency to 'OCD' or an addictive personality, lining up your pens, needing to have everything in order around you before you can start something, this can be a helpful remedy. Being tidy's great, but when it moves into perfectionism or compulsion it can drain happiness from your life. You may project your feelings of imperfection onto your surroundings and be constantly washing, cleaning and doing DIY or you may focus on your body and its perceived physical flaws and impurities.
Some of us already have this tendency but some may only notice it when there's a threat of infection and become convinced we need to follow the rules to an extreme and exhausting degree while losing sight of the bigger picture.
Crab Apple will help you to relax and release such a narrow focus so that you can gain a more balanced and compassionate perspective that allows yourself and others to be human, imperfect and lovable.
Crab Apple's also useful for empaths who tend to attract negativity from others and leave situations feeling 'sticky'. Red Chestnut - the control present with this remedy shows up in worrying about others to the point where they may feel burdened by your concern. So many of you enjoyed Pam's videos in the last issue that I'm including a 20 minute one here, where she shares her views what to expect in 2021. Spoiler alert: Earth is now moving through the photon belt, causing the biggest leap in humanity in 12,000 years.
What she says chimes well with what the Hathors (above) have been saying for a long time. We can expect major revelations and rapid social reform in the direction of social equality and human rights. Free energy, nano technology, crypto currencies and greater digitalisation are on the cards.
Time will feel less linear and more limitless and people will become more empathic, resulting in greater kindness and compassion, especially towards nature and animals.

So often we accept that if we can't see well there must be something wrong with our eyes. Yet often distorted vision is actually due to our eyes and the muscles around them changing to accommodate trauma and stress.
Eye surgery can be like working on the mechanics of a TV set when the problem is with the satellite dish, or the way our brain is interpreting what we see.
Glasses can keep your eyes 'frozen' and concentrate light in only one part of your eye so that part is put under strain while other eye muscles weaken. Other parts of your eyes are then cut off and unable to benefit from the light they need. This is one reason why our sight degenerates.
