Nowadays the frequency of the planet is changing much more quickly and that kind of dogged approach that allows no time for play and pleasure is no longer helpful. Instead of building a structure within us like the bars of a prison that make it hard to adapt, (e.g. I must start each day with a 30 minute run and end it with 20 minutes meditation. If I have carbs before lunch I'm a bad person and I will feel guilty for the rest of the day.) we need an approach that allows for more spontaneous choices.

Many of us carry painful memories of lack in our cellular memory. We've lived (and some of us still Iive) in a society where not having enough money, food, shelter, education, power or social status has meant the difference between life and death, health and disease, being able to keep a child or having to give it up, being able to marry the person we love or being able to escape the person or regime who is persecuting us.

These memories and experiences can create intense, often unconscious, fear, which leads to attachment to physical things, because our future expectations are usually based on past experience. This is why some of us hoard or struggle to let go of 'stuff' and why we may put a lot of effort into accumulating wealth or influence. 

The essence of the beautiful Agapanthus flower holds the opposite vibration to this pattern. It floods you with the knowing that money and possessions are simply energy and that the only limitations to us having what we need in any given moment lie within ourselves. In the same way that we're energy manifesting in temporary physical form, so are the things that we want to possess.
