With the constant energy upgrades happening on the planet it's important to keep our own vibration high, if we're to avoid a bumpy ride. So it's worth regularly reviewing what or who may be draining your energy and what or who strengthen and support you.
If we don't, then our body is apt to put the brake on and force us to take notice.
Changes don't need to be a complete life makeover - even small tweaks to our diet, turning off wi-fi and going to bed half an hour earlier, switching to less toxic choices in our physical environment and spending less time with negative people can be a real boost.
Adding a high-vibrational start to your day by listening to inspirational words and getting into the light and nature regularly are also great ways to balance the unavoidable energy pollution that comes into all our lives.
