This point in the year has always felt to me like a visionary time. A period when we can gather around a fire and allow our future to arise from the flames.
If your vision isn't clear or you feel you haven't got the resources to bring it into reality, you may notice feelings of confusion and sadness swirling below the surface.
Our purpose is always calling to us. The universe is constantly trying to nudge us in a positive direction but we may not always notice if there's interference with our connection to our inner guidance.
That interference can stem from patterns of self-doubt, or over-busyness or being habitually diverted by the needs and goals of others, or health concerns manifesting from our own unmet needs.
If you're an empath you may also find it hard to live your own highest life because you're unconsciously re-living your ancestor's wounds in an attempt to bring healing and wholeness to the family soul.
This issue offers ways to identify and release family loyalties that are not in your best interest and essences that will help you identify your purpose and give you the confidence to fulfil it.

Move From Anxious to Confident - Bach to Basics |
|
Feeling thin-skinned, anxious or easily upset?
The amount of change we're experiencing can be particularly hard to handle if you're of a sensitive disposition, so if you're finding your emotions are on a hair-trigger at the moment, here are some remedy suggestions below:
Mimulus - Do you need time alone to integrate events? Do you find a lot of sensory stimulus such as crowds, bright lights, loud noises, large meals or any kind of excess, overwhelming? Do you tend to fall ill when faced with things that you fear?
In that case Mimulus is your friend. Mimulus gives you the trust and courage that you need in order to overcome chronic anxiety and helps you deal with things, rather than hope problems will simply go away.
Instead of imagining the worst, you'll feel calm enough to see the situation as it actually is and react appropriately. This is a very helpful remedy for artists and other creatives with a vivid and visionary imagination.
Centaury - Do you find it hard to hold boundaries and say 'no'? Are you often overburdened with tasks you've taken on to please others? Are you neglecting your own needs and purpose because it might rock the boat or upset others?
This remedy is used for the most sensitive of all the soul states and when we need this we usually have highly developed psychic gifts and find it easy to intuit how others are feeling. This is why we can easily anticipate other people's needs and we're all too aware of upsetting those around us. Such sensitivity can lead to us being easily dominated, especially in the spiritual field by those we may think are wiser than us.
The wisdom of this remedy is to see that by being too helpful and 'good-natured' we can enable others to stay in unhealthy patterns and delay them learning important lessons. The growth for us is to develop our own will. By doing this we can stay true to ourselves and contribute to groups and relationships without losing our sense of self and our own purpose.
Gentian - We need Gentian when we're caught in self-doubt. It's a great remedy when we set out to do something and feel downcast when we come across an obstacle, deciding that it just isn't 'meant to be', instead of seeing it as a challenge we can grow from.
If this is a long-held pattern it may be that you didn't get enough reassurance and encouragement as a child, so you tend to be quick to see what's likely to go wrong or even reflect on what might have gone wrong after the event.
This core insecurity makes it hard to persevere through difficulties and can make it easier to have the mindset of expecting the worst so you won't be disappointed later.
Gentian restores trust so that you can see difficulties as opportunities for creative thinking and positive growth. You'll get back on the horse and try again with optimism that things will work out for the good of all - including you:)

Meeting Safely - Breathe Clean Air: Nikken's air filter units may come into their own at the moment, especially during family gatherings. They clean the air to HEPA quality - the same as operating theatres. If you have one, the filter packs need changing every six months.
